Yves Jarvis wins 2025 Polaris Music Prize for ‘All Cylinders’: watch the performance-filled ceremony

Yves JarvisAll Cylinders won the 2025 Polaris Music Prize, the award (which comes with $30k) that’s given out for Best Canadian album. It beat out shortlisted records by Marie Davidson, Mustafa, The OBGMs, Population II, Ribbon Skirt, and more. This was also the inaugural year for SOCAN Polaris Song Prize ($10k) which was given to Mustafa for “Gaza is Calling.”

The awards were given out at the Polaris gala, which happened at Toronto’s Massey Hall on Monday night, where the album nominees performed. You can watch highlights and the entire broadcast below.

The 2025 Polaris Music Prize was voted on by 200+ Canadian music industry professionals.
