What do Russians think about the war in Ukraine four years on?

Russia has not “fully achieved” all its war aims in Ukraine in the four years since it launched a full-scale invasion of the country and kickstarted Europe’s bloodiest conflict since World War II, the Kremlin said on Tuesday (February 24). Tens of thousands of lives have been lost since the Kremlin ordered troops into Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Cities and infrastructure remain devastated, and Kyiv faces the monumental task of post-war reconstruction while the frontline impasse continues.
