US judge orders deportation of Mahmoud Khalil over ‘misrepresented facts’ on green card form

An immigration judge in the US has ordered prominent pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil to be deported to Algeria or Syria for “willfully misrepresenting material fact(s)” on his green card application, according to court documents filed on Wednesday.
