US judge bars ICE agents from arresting peaceful Minnesota protesters or pepper-spraying them

A US Judge on Friday barred ICE agents from detaining and arresting peaceful protesters in Minnesota and using pepper spray against them. The ruling comes after an ICE officer killed 37-year-old Renee Good, and another wounded a Venezuelan man a few days later.
