UN live: Zelensky to address General Assembly after Trump’s ‘big shift’ on Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, a day after US President Donald Trump said that Ukraine could win back all of its territory from Russia, in a major shift, after they met on the sidelines of the summit. Later on Wednesday, Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa is also expected to deliver remarks to the world, marking Syria’s first presidential address there in nearly 60 years.
