Ukraine says four dead, dozens injured in fresh wave of Russian strikes

Russian strikes killed at least four people and wounded more than 30 across Ukraine on Monday, officials said, as attacks hit the Sumy, Odesa and Kherson regions. Kyiv said the barrage targeted civilian areas, causing widespread damage and casualties.
