Trump pardons Binance crypto founder Changpeng Zhao

US President Donald Trump on Thursday pardoned Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, who was convicted of violating anti-money-laundering laws, the White House said. Press secretary accused former president Joe Biden of being “very hostile” to the crypto industry. Zhao served four months in prison after his 2023 guilty plea.
