The report references the 2024 ICJ advisory opinion, arguing that trade with and investment in settlements is inconsistent with obligations of third states under international law. For more, François Picard is pleased to welcome Dr. Agnès Bertrand-Sanz, Oxfam Humanitarian Programmes and Advocacy Advisor for the Middle East.
