KENDRICK LAMAR
Kendrick Lamar is taking his tour to Mexico and South America with Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso. Stops include Mexico City, Bogota, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Santiago.
MY MORNING JACKET
My Morning Jacket are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album Z by playing it in full on tour.
JULIE DOIRON & CAGED ANIMALS
Folk great Julie Doiron is currently on tour with Caged Animals, and plays Brooklyn tonight at Baby’s All Right and Sunday, 6/29 at Tubby’s Kingston. From there they play Burlington, Boston, Portland and Providence.
RUSSIAN CIRCLES
Chicago instrumental post-metal greats Russian Circles have announced a September US tour, which they say will be their final outing promoting 2022’s Gnosis, as they’re heading into the studio to record their next album after that. Perhaps they’ll be previewing some new material? Blackwater Holylight will support on most dates, with Young Widows opening at the final two shows (Nashville and Chicago).
BASS DRUM OF DEATH
Oxford, MS indie rock band Bass Drum of Death will be touring this fall in support of their upcoming album Six. The tour includes Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right on October 4
CLAY BIRDS
Screamo band Clay Birds will be on tour later this summer with werethecurrency and dates include NYC’s Trans Pecos on July 26 with Grimlitter, Silk, and Cash Only Tony. Meanwhile, before that they’ll play a Sound and Fury kick-off show at LA’s Programme on July 9.

A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS
A Place to Bury Strangers are headlining an all-day free show at Maria Hernandez Park on July 19 that also has sets from Pop Music Fever Dream, Venus Twins, Pons, and Dog Date. 2:45 PM – 7 PM.

Adam Sandler’s Your My Best Friend Tour includes an NYC stop at Madison Square Garden.

Powerhouse: International is a new NYC arts festival curated by Adam Shore and happening this fall at Powerhouse Arts in Brooklyn. Programming includes claire rousay, performing in the round (November 22); Moor Mother with Pussy Riot Siberia, also in the round (December 2); Red Hot presents TRAИƧA, a live experience, with Ahya Simone, Anajah, Asher White, Benét, Bloomsday, Joy Guidry, Kaye Loggins (Time Wharp), More Eaze, Nsámbu Za Suékama, and more to be announced (December 6); and more.
