Sudanese people face ‘generations of trauma’, head of UN OCHA tells France 24

Discussing the unfolding humanitarian catastrophe in war-torn Sudan, Tom Fletcher, UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, explains that the Sudanese people face “generations of trauma” and “they’re crying out for peace”, stressing that “the world isn’t responding with the generosity and solidarity that we need”.
