Successful blast-off for French astronaut Sophie Adenot
Four astronauts blasted off from Cape Canaveral on Friday on a 34-hour space flight to the International Space Station (ISS). Among them is Sophie Adenot, who becomes just the second Frenchwoman to head into space after Claudie Haigneré achieved the feat in 1996 and 2001.
