Russian strikes kill at least 26, injure over 200 in Dnipro

Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro killed at least 26 people on Tuesday, simultaneously damaging critical infrastructure, including hospitals, schools and kindergartens. Speaking at a NATO summit in the Netherlands the same day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referenced the attacks as a marker of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s disinterest in ending the war.
