Russia has ‘captured’ the Georgian state, EU ‘too complacent’, President says

Speaking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Georgian President Salomé Zourabichvili says that Russia has captured the Georgian state through election meddling, propaganda and financing, and that this is a message to the European Union that while Brussels is engaged in its support for Ukraine, Moscow is ‘silently taking over Georgia’.
