Robber Robber sign to Fire Talk, re-releasing debut album, share new single “Talkback”

Burlington, Vermont band Robber Robber have signed to Fire Talk Records and released their first song for the label. “Talkback” is a propulsive two-minute indie rock earworm banger that ends before you’re tired of it and will have you going back to listen again. You can watch the video, directed by the band’s Zack James and Nina Cates, below.

While we wait to find out if “Talkback” is attached to a new album, Fire Talk are reissuing Robber Robber’s excellent self-released 2024 debut, Wild Guess, on vinyl and CD on January 30.

Robber Robber only have one upcoming live date, opening Prewn‘s album release show at Amherst, MA’s The Drake on November 29.
