Notre-Dame’s triumphant return: One year of record-breaking visits

Last year, Paris’ Louvre museum welcomed 8.7 million visitors, and the Eiffel Tower some 7 million, impressive numbers that pale in comparison that of people who visited Notre-Dame. Sunday marks one year since the cathedral reopened its doors and officials are calling it a success. Story by Eliza Herbert.
