New York Comic Con 2025 in pics: cosplay, Post Malone & more

New York Comic Con returned to Javits Center for its 19th annual edition from Thursday through Sunday (10/9-10/12), bringing thousands of fans of comic books, TV shows, movies, video games, anime and manga, superheroes, and more stuff that falls loosely under the broader sci-fi, fantasy, and horror genre umbrella. Lots of people use the occasion to dress as their favorite characters, and this year was no different. Photographer Sachyn Mital captured lots of them while he was at Javits on Saturday and Sunday, and he also caught panels featuring the cast of Metal Gear Solid and Avatar: The Last Airbender, as well as the red carpet for Breaking Bear, a new animated series featuring the voices of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elizabeth Hurley, and Brendan Fraser. Post Malone also attended NYCC this year, appearing at the Vault Comics booth and at a panel to promote his new graphic novel series Post Malone’s Big Rig.
