Modi and Macron to hold talks on multibillion-euro fighter jet deal

All eyes are on India’s Narendra Modi and France’s Emmanuel Macron who are set to hold talks over a potential multibillion dollar fighter jet deal as the French president begins a three-day visit to New Delhi for an artificial intelligence summit, FRANCE 24’s Navodita Kumari said, adding the India’s defence ministry has cleared the path for the purchase of 114 additional Rafale fighter jets at a cost of over 30 billion euros.
