Milan-Cortina hands over flag to French Alps for 2030 Winter Olympics

The Milan Cortina Olympics ended Sunday and passed the Olympic flag over to the next Winter Games host nation, France, raising its flag is next to Italy’s and Greece’s. The closing ceremony payed tribute to Italian dance and music, as some 1,500 Olympians filed into the arena waving small national flags to a medley of Italian pop hits.
