Israel defence minister says he ordered troops to seize new positions in Lebanon
Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz said he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have authorised the IDF to take control of additional strategic positions in southern Lebanon following attacks by Iran-backed Hezbollah amid escalating regional tensions.
