Greenlanders hope for peace after talks in Washington

In Nuuk, all eyes were on the meeting between US, Danish and Greenlander officials in the White House on January 14 to address US President Donald Trump’s desire to take over the Danish territory. Greenland’s deputy prime minister announced afterwards NATO troops would be arriving for training “in the coming days”.
