General Hospital 2-week spoilers for Oct 13 – 24, 2025 reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is finally making an arrest and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) being cornered.
General Hospital: Nina Reeves Shares Shocking News with Carly
On Monday, October 13th, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is at Bobbie’s Diner and tells Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) that things are taking a step in the right direction. The moms might be talking about Michael making that offer to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to have supervised visits with the kids with a shrink. Of course, they’re both just hoping to keep Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) out of the kids’ lives and out of Willow’s life.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) says there’s one more thing that he needs. Looks like he’s checking out of GH at last. Maybe he’s going to go home to Nina’s or bunk down at Bobbie’s, down the hall from his sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is ready to fight. Michael meets his dad at Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) office. Michael wonders why his dad wanted to meet there, and Sonny says, “You’re going to need a lawyer.” He also asks Michael if he knows something that Sonny doesn’t — maybe about that weapon that’s been found.
General Hospital: Drew and Willow Clash Over Supervised Visits
Drew prods Willow at General Hospital on Monday. He doesn’t want her taking scraps from Michael, including these supervised visits. Drew tells Willow it’s not if, but when — and this may be about Michael being arrested for the shooting, because he plans to lie about it.
Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) put on their detective hats. Trina worries they’ll put a target on her parents. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) vents to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). It could be about the family closing ranks on the search warrant or the fact that things are pointing toward Michael, or he may feel like Willow is being framed, since he’s very much Team Willow.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) talk about the future. He surprises Portia by saying they should hold off the divorce — awkward, given that she’s pregnant, possibly with Dr. Isaiah Gannon’s (Sawandi Wilson) child. But Curtis may be thinking they want to keep spousal privilege in their back pocket, in case either is called to testify later.
General Hospital: Nina’s Lies Exposed and Michael’s Betrayal
On Tuesday, October 14th, Nina’s in trouble. It looks like Anna calls her out for lying to the PCPD. Anna may want to know why she lied and why she thought Willow needed an alibi. Nina needs to come up with a good excuse, but as usual, she’s made things worse.
Willow believes Michael betrayed her after she’s questioned by Anna about the attempted murder weapon found at Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) place. She might think Michael set her up and could tell Anna, “Look, Michael was home alone before I was even there.” Of course, it’s not her gun, and there won’t be fingerprints on it.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth share a sweet moment — but it’s only in Ric’s dream. He’s still duct-taped to that gurney in the basement, delirious and drugged up. Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) try to move forward past their mutual hatred.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) abuses his power on Tuesday — maybe with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), Drew, or Sonny. It’s been a while since we’ve seen Sidwell, so his return should shake things up.
General Hospital: Tracy Seeks Legal Help and Cody Makes a Discovery
Wednesday, October 15th, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) needs some legal advice, likely about Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) getting the house in the will. Marco Rios (Adrian Anchando) may take her case. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) makes a stunning discovery, maybe about having a new boss since Ronnie owns the house. Michael owns the horses, though, so we’ll see.
Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) finds an unlikely connection, and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) listens to Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos). Maybe they’re talking about Cody. Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) wants answers from Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about why she blew Vaughn’s (Bryce Durfee) cover and told Carly that he’s WSB. It might be about protecting the secret that she’s an agent, fearing Britt or Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) might spill the truth.
General Hospital: Jason Comes Clean and Charlotte’s Paternal Visit
Thursday, October 16th, Jason comes clean — maybe to Carly or Britt. Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) gets a warning ahead of a visit with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) at Steinmauer. He’s demanded a visit to give Brennan the info he wants. Anna has a shocking realization, and Cody gets a pleasant surprise. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) opens up to Elizabeth — possibly about this Nathan-looking man that no one believes is really Nathan.

General Hospital: Britt Needs a Favor and Nathan Faces Dante
Friday, October 17th, Britt needs a favor — maybe from Carly, like an extension on Jason’s rent. Carly does some snooping, and Nathan questions Dante about what’s been going on these past seven years. Theories swirl that Nathan might not be who he seems — maybe Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) personality has taken control. Anna approaches Brennan, possibly about Carly’s alibi, and Brook Lynn feels uneasy.
General Hospital: Aftermath of Fake Alibis and High-Stakes Arrests
During the week of October 20th through the 24th, Anna and the PCPD are chasing their tails. Carly had a fake alibi. Michael’s is fake. Willow’s can’t be proven. Nina lied. Drew’s feeding false info. Michael was at the scene, and Kai and Trina were there too — though no one knows that yet. When Anna finally makes an arrest, it may not be the right one at first. Expect multiple arrests before the real culprit is revealed.
Drew works to drive a wedge deeper between Michael and Willow. He’s back to gaslighting and scheming, while the real shooter may come back for him. Tracy versus Ronnie heats up, and lawyers will face off soon — likely Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) versus Marco. Portia wants the baby but must determine who the father is and what to tell Curtis and Dr. Isaiah Gannon.
More hints about Britt’s mystery boss and Nathan’s lost years surface. Dante starts to suspect something is off with Nathan. The time to release Ric from the basement is near — maybe they’ll dump him somewhere and warn him to stay quiet.
Charlotte gets her visit with her father, Valentin. Jason can’t stop thinking about Britt but knows she won’t settle for being second to Carly. Maybe, for once, Jason will draw a boundary with Carly — that would be a real game-changer.
