Death toll from Texas floods reaches at least 51; dozens still missing

At least 51 people, including 15 children, have been confirmed dead following flash floods in central Texas, authorities said on Saturday as rescuers searched a devastated landscape for dozens more campers, vacationers and residents who were still missing.
