Death toll from Mexico floods rises to 64 as search operation expands

The death toll from torrential rains that lashed Mexico has risen to 64 people with 65 more reported missing across five states, according to official figures. Mexico has deployed some 10,000 troops in addition to civilian rescue teams to try to reach communities that remain cut off due to the disaster.
