David Byrne and Paramore‘s Hayley Williams have been working together quite a bit lately, and we’ve been wondering if she might make an appearance on his current tour supporting his new album Who Is The Sky? Sure enough, it happened at Byrne’s third of four Radio City Music Hall shows on Friday (10/10). Hayley came out dressed in a matching blue outfit to join Byrne and his dancers on “What Is The Reason For It?,” the song she appears on on the album. She came out a second time later in the show too, to join Byrne on the cover of Paramore’s “Hard Times” he’s been doing each night. Watch video of both appearances below.

Byrne hasn’t been switching up his setlists much this run, and he didn’t debut “Open The Door,” another collab with Hayley that’s from Netflix’s upcoming adaptation of The Twits and came out that day. He did do songs from the new album, just one (“Everybody’s Coming To My House”) from 2018’s American Utopia, and a bunch of Talking Heads classics, including “Psycho Killer,” which he began playing on this outing for the first time in 19 years. The very choreographed affair had video to go with it, some of which was filmed by John Wilson of HBO’s How To With John Wilson.

Check out pictures by Ellen Qbertplaya and the setlist from Friday night’s show below.
