Daffo announces debut LP, shares “Habit,” touring with Blondshell & Wednesday

Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Gabi Gamberg has announced their debut full-length album as Daffo, Where the Earth Bends, due out September 26 via Concord. It was produced and mixed by Rob Schnapf, and it follows a pair of EPs, 2023’s Pest and 2021’s Crisis Kit. See the cover art and tracklist below.

The first single is the grungy “Habit,” and you can watch the video, directed by Anastasia Duchess, below. “I wrote that song at a moment when I was having a hard time with my OCD and cyclical thinking,” Gamberg says. “It’s partly about how I tend to come to conclusions about certain situations before even allowing myself to experience them.”

Daffo is on tour with Blondshell now (we recently caught their Brooklyn Steel show) and will support Wednesday on tour in the fall. See all dates below.
