Clipse add 2nd NYC show to tour

Clipse (aka Pusha T and No Malice) just released the terrific Let God Sort Em Out, the rap duo’s first album in 15+ years, last week and they’re gearing up for their tour which starts August 3 in Boston. The NYC stop on the tour (Terminal 5 on 8/7) is sold out and they’ve now added a second show here at Brooklyn Steel on 8/8. All dates, which are with Earthgang, are below.

Tickets for Brooklyn Steel go on sale Friday, July 18 at 10 AM.

In our Notable Releases review of Let God Sort Em Out, Andrew wrote “Let God Sort Em Out has clear echoes of the past, but Pusha T and Malice aren’t living in it. They’ve grown and matured and dealt with new crossroads of life, and that’s evident from the very first song, ‘The Birds Don’t Sing,’ a gospel-rap song featuring John Legend and the Voices of Fire choir that deals with Push and Malice’s mother and father both dying between November 2021 and March 2022. It’s a tragic note to open on, and it also grabs you right away, letting you know off the bat that this is a more reflective, world-weary version of Clipse than we’ve ever heard before.” Read the whole review here and listen to the album below.
