Britain’s former US ambassador Peter Mandelson arrested amid Epstein revelations
London police arrested former UK ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson on Monday as part of a misconduct probe over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Emails released by the US Department of Justice in January appeared to show Mandelson sharing information with the disgraced financier while a minister in then-premier Gordon Brown’s cabinet.
