Brazil floods and landslides kill at least 30 after record rainfall

Three firefighters recovered a man’s body from mud and rubble after landslides triggered by torrential rains killed 30 people in southeastern Brazil, authorities said Tuesday, with 39 still missing. Rivers burst their banks in Minas Gerais state, inundating Juiz de Fora and Uba. More than 200 people were rescued.
