Aziz Ansari announces North American tour dates, directs Keanu Reeves & Seth Rogen in new film ‘Good Fortune’

Aziz Ansari has announced new East Coast and Midwest tour dates happening in August at midsize theaters, including Halifax, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Detroit, Red Bank, Atlantic City, Montclair and more. All dates are below.

The Montclair stop is at The Wellmont Theater on August 24 and tickets for that and most of these shows go on presale Tuesday, July 1 at 10 AM local time with password AZIZ. Tickets then go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, July 2 at 10 AM local.

In other news, Aziz is making his feature film directorial debut in the upcoming comedy Good Fortune which he also wrote and co-stars alongside Keanu Reeves, Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer and Sandra Oh. In it, Reeves plays “a well-meaning but rather inept angel named Gabriel” who “meddles in the lives of a struggling gig worker (Aziz Ansari) and a wealthy venture capitalist (Seth Rogen).” The film’s out October 25 and you can watch the teaser trailer below.
