Americans were aboard a stolen speedboat shot at by Cuba, White House says

The White House confirmed that at least one American was killed and another arrested by Cuban officials when people on a stolen speedboat allegedly opened fire on Cuban troops about a mile off the island’s coast. Nancy Cordes reports.
