‘A victory for the French people’ as Bayrou’s government toppled

Claire Lejeune, a French MP and member of the far-left France Unbowed, tells France 24’s Clovis Casali that the toppling of prime minister François Bayrou’s government in a confidence vote Monday was a “victory for the French people” as his government had “no democratic legitimacy”.
