Rescuers search for missing after deadly flooding hits southeastern Brazil
At least 30 people died after heavy rains hit Brazil’s southeastern state of Minas Gerais, local authorities said on Tuesday, while 39 people were missing. A river burst its banks and streets became raging currents of brown water after the overnight downpour in a region that has seen record rain this month.
