Tom Morello playing with Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band on upcoming US tour

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band have announced that for their upcoming Land of Hope and Dreams US tour, Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello will be joining them on stage for select songs at every date.

This is not the first time Morello has done this. After RATM covered Bruce’s “The Ghost of Tom Joad,” Morello first performed the song with The E Street Band in 2008 and was a regular guest with them from 2012-2015, and beyond. Springsteen, meanwhile, contributed to Tom’s 2021 album, The Atlas Underground Fire. Most recently, Bruce was a surprise guest at an anti-ICE show in Minneapolis, where he and Tom performed “The Ghost of Tom Joad” together.

The tour hits NJ’s Prudential Center on April 20, NYC’ Madison Square Garden on May 11 and 16 and Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on May 14.
