Ukraine marked the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion on Tuesday (February 24). For more on that topic, FRANCE 24 spoke to Ivan Oleksii. He is the co-founder of Car For Ukraine, an organisation that sources cars — mostly from outside Ukraine — then upgrades and deliver them to the frontlines.
