The Louisville rock and metal festival Louder Than Life has announced its 2026 lineup and it’s a big one. It goes down September 17-20 with headlining sets from Iron Maiden on Thursday, My Chemical Romance on Friday, Limp Bizkit on Saturday, and Tool on Sunday.
Other highlights: Pantera‘s only U.S. show of 2026, the first-announced Circa Survive reunion show (!), Jimmy Eat World doing Bleed American for its 25th anniversary, Cavalera doing Sepultura’s Roots for its 30th anniversary, one of Megadeth‘s farewell performances, and the back-in-action Blood For Blood.
In addition to My Chemical Romance and Circa Survive, Thursday, Coheed & Cambria, and L.S. Dunes are playing, meaning every member of L.S. Dunes will be pulling double duty. Also on the lineup: Danzig, Gojira, Danny Elfman, The Prodigy, Sublime, Babymetal, Rise Against, Alice Cooper, The Mars Volta, Mastodon, Hot Mulligan, Taking Back Sunday, Killswitch Engage, Anthrax, Ministry, Tom Morello, Dethklok, Underoath, Alkaline Trio, Machine Head, Suicidal Tendencies, Alexisonfire, Thrice, Loathe, Coal Chamber, GWAR, Sunami, Filter, Soulfly, Between the Buried and Me, Toadies, Metal Church, The Acacia Strain, Haywire, Agnostic Front, PeelingFlesh, Madball, Mushroomhead, Angel Du$t, Twitching Tongues, H2O, End It, Rivers of Nihil, Koyo, 200 Stab Wounds, 156/Silence, Many Eyes, Gates To Hell, Arch Enemy’s Alissa White-Gluz, Flyleaf’s Lacey Sturm, Mudvayne’s Chad Gray (billed as “30 years of madness”), and more.
