The Bug Club announce new album, share “Watching the Omnibus”

Welsh duo The Bug Club have announced a new album, Every Single Muscle, which will be out May 29 via Sub Pop. That’s less than a year since 2025’s excellent Very Human Features, and the record was produced and mixed by Tom Rees at Rat Trap Studios in Cardiff, Wales, and mastered by Mikey Young (Total Control, The Green Child).

The first single from the album is “Watching the Omnibus,” a patented Bug Club ripper that clocks in just over a minute. “I’m still alive and kickin’, and doing reasonably well,” sings Sam Willmett. “We’ve gotta die for something, but there are some things we don’t sell.” Listen below.

The Bug Club will be on a UK tour in early spring, including opening for Super Furry Animals at London’s Brixton Academy. All dates are listed below.
