Robert Duvall, Oscar-winning star of ‘The Godfather’, ‘Apocalypse Now’ dies age 95

Oscar-winning US actor, Robert Duvall, died on Sunday age 95, his wife said. Duvall was known for legendary roles including soft-spoken, mob loyalist Tom Hagen in the first two installments of “The Godfather” and the maniacal Lieutenant Colonel William Kilgore in Francis Ford Coppola’s 1979 Vietnam War epic “Apocalypse Now.”
