French police arrest 2 Louvre museum employees over ‘large-scale’ ticket fraud

French police have arrested nine people, including two employees working at the Louvre museum in Paris, suspected of involvement in a “large-scale” ticket fraud ring, a source familiar with the case said Thursday. The fraud scheme was allegedly launched in the summer of 2024 and is thought to have mainly targeted Chinese tourists.
