Star of ‘Dawson’s Creek’ James Van Der Beek dies at 48
US actor James Van Der Beek, best known for his role in the television series “Dawson’s Creek,” died on Wednesday at age 48 following a battle with colorectal cancer, according to a statement posted on his Instagram page. The married father of six revealed his diagnosis in 2024.
