Sudan food aid expected to be ‘depleted’ by end of March, UN warns

The United Nation’s food agency on Thursday warned that its food stocks in Sudan will be depleted by the end of March, and that it urgently needs funding to help prevent an imminent catastrophe. According to the UN, food rations have already been cut to an absolute minimum and millions of children have been pushed to “the brink of survival”.
