Johnny Marr asks UPS, “where are my guitars?”

Johnny Marr is gearing up for a fall tour, starting with US shows this month and European dates in October and November, but judging by his recent posts to Twitter/X, he seems to be missing key items for the shows — namely, some guitars. He’s posted a series of messages to UPS today:

Here’s hoping Johnny’s guitars are located and returned to him ASAP!

His tour begins at Atlanta’s Shaky Knees on Saturday, and includes a set at NYC’s CBGB Fest, a headlining show at Port Chester, NY’s The Capitol Theatre on September 26, and more. See all dates below.

Marr appears on Gorillaz’s new album, and he joined Franz Ferdinand on a new single, “Build it Up,” back in June.
