Days of our Lives LEAK: Sarah & Kristen’s Shocking Kidnapping Drama Unfolds in Salem This Fall

Days of Our Lives fans, we have some new info from our inside source. This new leak is very exciting. It’s about the kidnapping of two leading ladies on the Peacock soap opera: Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

The question is, how do these ladies wind up together since they pretty much dislike each other? The only thing they have in common is affection for little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). We’re going to dig into it.

Sarah Horton’s Complicated Relationships with Xander Cook and Rachel Black

Let’s start with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). She is estranged from Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) but still loves him deeply. Sarah Horton is also frustrated about the anxiety Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) is dealing with now because her mom is heading off to prison.

Sarah Horton has been saying she regrets ever giving Rachel Black back to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) when she kidnapped her years ago. At the same time, Xander Cook’s anger has been a deal breaker for Sarah. She and Xander Cook have been on the outs for months. They are legally separated, but that could change very soon, according to our leaker.

I’ve got leaks that relate to Sarah Horton and Kristen DiMera, both together and separately. So, I’m going to go into all of this.

DOOL Leaks: Sarah Horton, Xander Cook, and a Possible Reunion

According to our leaker, things change between Xander Cook and Sarah Horton, but it happens in stages, not all at once.

Right now, Sarah Horton has been getting closer to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Brady Black is upset about Rachel Black and about Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) adoption drama. According to our leaker, Brady Black is crushing on Sarah Horton. He’s looking for excuses to spend time with her, especially once Kristen DiMera is in Statesville.

Since Rachel Black adores Sarah Horton, that’s a good excuse for Brady Black to spend time with her. Rumor has it Brady Black is going to develop feelings for Sarah. However, Sarah Horton is not ready to move on from Xander Cook—not at all.

Plus, Sarah Horton’s estranged husband, Xander Cook, is putting in the hours and doing the work on his anger management therapy. Marin (AnnaLynne McCord) has been helping him see things, including himself, in a new light.

Days of Our Lives: Xander Cook, Philip Kiriakis, and Salem’s Sibling Rivalries

To that end, Xander Cook wants to be real brothers with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). He is going to sign a document naming Philip co-CEO officially. This is despite the forgery that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) and Philip Kiriakis did, which still bothers Xander Cook and rubs him the wrong way.

Then, of course, we had Philip testing Xander Cook by fake choking. That’s a sign that Philip can see that Xander Cook is really trying. That is important because, according to the leaker, Philip Kiriakis is going to talk to Sarah Horton and let her know that her husband is making big changes in his life.

Philip Kiriakis is going to advocate for Sarah Horton to give Xander Cook another chance. But as I said, this moves forward in stages.

Forgiveness and Second Chances: Xander & Sarah’s Rocky Road

Stage one is Xander Cook forgiving Sarah Horton. Even though Sarah Horton is angry that Xander Cook gave Philip Kiriakis that beatdown, it’s actually Xander Cook’s anger at her that is harder to overcome as a couple.

Xander Cook is just so hurt that Sarah Horton kept Philip Kiriakis’ big forgery secret and lied to him to his face. As Sarah Horton has pointed out, she’s forgiven him far more. And that’s true.

At the same time, I think Xander Cook had higher expectations for Sarah Horton, which isn’t fair or rational. But that’s what Xander Cook is doing.

Days of Our Lives: Therapy, Holidays, and Hopes for Xander & Sarah’s Future

So this fall, Xander Cook is doing his therapy. He’s getting closer to Philip Kiriakis and is going to soften up. Then, Xander Cook will officially forgive Sarah Horton for keeping Philip Kiriakis’ lie hidden from him. That’s stage one.

But that’s not them reconciling or their marriage immediately healing. If you remember, Xander Cook was so upset that he pushed for the legal separation. He was ready for the custody battle.

Also, from our leaker, we have heard that Philip Kiriakis is going to play a big role in Xander Cook forgiving Sarah Horton and Sarah forgiving Xander. Philip is about to do a lot of legwork.

Of course, while he has a role to play, it’s nice that he is being a good brother. I’m guessing that Xander Cook’s anger management sessions with Marin will give him a better perspective on his marriage and where things went wrong. He’s going to be dealing with Sarah Horton in a better way.

Victoria’s Birthday and Turning Points for Salem Families on Days of Our Lives

I get the impression from the leak that Xander Cook and Sarah Horton’s marriage is going to be in better shape by the holidays this year. They may be able to spend it together as a family with little Victoria. If not, at least Xander and Sarah will be on better terms as we head from fall into winter.

This week, we saw Xander Cook wrapping gifts for their daughter’s second birthday. He even told Philip Kiriakis he’d be using the skills he learned in therapy to keep his temper in check while he’s at little Victoria’s birthday party on Days of Our Lives.

Kristen DiMera Faces Statesville and DOOL’s Next Big Prison Break

Now, let’s flip over and talk about Kristen DiMera’s part of the leak.

Right now, she is headed to Statesville Prison for six years. She might have gotten half that or maybe three years, but Brady Black showed up and demanded that Kristen get the maximum sentence, which of course was 10 years.

Thankfully, she didn’t get that. I don’t think the judge should have listened to Brady Black because he didn’t have that much skin in the game.

Both Belle Black and prior accused shooter Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), along with the shooting victim himself EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), all asked for leniency in Kristen’s sentencing. They suggested three years. Instead, the judge slapped her with six.

Kidnapped in Salem: Kristen DiMera and Sarah Horton’s Unexpected Ordeal

The leaker says Kristen DiMera is going to be broken out of prison in early 2026. Related to this, we have Sarah Horton kidnapped. The leaker went on to say that Kristen DiMera and Sarah Horton wind up at the same place, trapped in a room together.

According to the leaker, Kristen DiMera doesn’t just up and escape Statesville Prison. The same guy who kidnaps Sarah Horton is the man who gets Kristen DiMera out of prison. Because they are trapped together, it sounds like this is not an ally or friend of hers.

Maybe the kidnapper has a grudge against Kristen DiMera. Sarah Horton is only taken as collateral damage because she’s a doctor and maybe Kristen, a prison escapee, needs medical attention.

DOOL Rumors: Salem Villains, Escape Plots, and Familiar Faces

Alternatively, it could be somebody who hates both Kristen DiMera and Sarah Horton. Them being trapped together definitely sounds like this guy is looking for payback or a paycheck from one or both of them.

The leaker also said this happens in early 2026. There is plenty of time to build up to it.

If Sarah Horton and Xander Cook aren’t reconciled by then, her kidnapping would be a catalyst for them to completely repair their marriage. Xander Cook would face hell or high water to save Sarah. That could get them right back on the fast track to wedded bliss.

Days of Our Lives: What’s Next for Kristen, Rachel Black, and Alice Horton?

As for Kristen DiMera’s getting out of Statesville, obviously we knew they weren’t going to leave her in prison for six years unless they were going to write Stacy Haiduk out of the show. But that’s not what we’ve heard.

Her angst with Rachel Black and Brady Black is front and center. She’s obviously going to remain on the canvas at least through the beginning of next year.

We have heard that little Rachel Black may be offscreen for a while, sent off to Bayview because she goes into a mental health spiral. That reportedly facilitates Alice Horton’s (Sydney Kathrann Smith) exit. She plays Rachel Black, but she needed time off from Days to film the Little House on the Prairie reboot. She has the leading role of Laura Ingalls.

Future Spoilers and Soap Dirt’s Latest Days of Our Lives Leaks

There is a chance that Alice Horton may have wrapped her run at Days. If so, maybe we’re going to get Rachel as a problematic teen who comes out of Bayview after a sorority, soap opera rapid aging syndrome age-up. That would be kind of interesting if Rachel came out as a really scary teenager for them to deal with.

And again, except where I told you in this video it’s a spoiler, everything else was a leak. Info from a reliable leaker who sends us good stuff, but still a leak, not a confirmed spoiler. This is the same source, by the way, that told me that Rachel Black shot EJ DiMera way back in February. And of course, I shared that leak with you guys. So, we’ve all known whodunit for months if you’re a regular listener. The leaks are usually good.
