Lewis Capaldi announces huge 2026 UK and Ireland tour, including BST Hyde Park headline slot

Lewis Capaldi has announced a new UK and Ireland tour for 2026, which includes a headline slot at next year’s BST Hyde Park – check out the details below.

The announcement comes as the singer-songwriter’s comeback is currently underway, which will so far has seen him play his first tour dates in two years at arenas around the UK and using the live shows to debut new music.

Now, he has confirmed that he will be keeping the momentum going into 2026, when he will embark on his biggest ever outdoor headline shows across the UK and Ireland. Eight new shows have been confirmed, kicking off on June 24 with a slot at Dublin’s Marlay Park.

From there, dates continue at Thomond Park in Limerick on June 26, TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham in Exeter on June 28, and the Blackweir Fields in Cardiff on June 30. The following month, Capaldi will play at the new Roundhay Festival in Leeds on the 4th, and take on a coveted headline slot at London’s BST Hyde Park on the 11th.

The new shows wrap up with a penultimate stop at the Belfast vital on August 20, and with a closing show at Wythenshawe Park in Manchester two days later (22).

Tickets go on sale on Friday (September 19) at 9am local time, and pre-sale options will be available from Thursday (18). Visit here for tickets and find a new list of shows below.

JULY
4 – Leeds, American Express presents Roundhay Festival
11 – London, American Express presents BST Hyde Park

AUGUST
20 – Belfast, Belfast Vital
22 – Manchester, Wythenshawe Park

His current run of UK arena shows began in Sheffield on September 7, and will continue tomorrow with the first of his three shows scheduled for The O2 in London. From there, he will play two nights in Manchester, two nights in Birmingham, one night in Nottingham, one night in Cardiff, and two closing nights in Dublin at the end of the month.

The live shows mark his first tour dates since he was forced to cut his Glastonbury 2023 set short after struggling with tics caused by Tourette’s. He later announced he was planning to take some time off to focus on his health.

He kicked off his grand return this June, when he surprise-released his comeback single ‘Survive’, and later that day played a surprise set at the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, completing his performance from two years ago.

Since then, ‘Survive’ has become his sixth UK Number One single, and become the fastest selling single of 2025 so far – surpassing both Sabrina Carpenter and Lady Gaga.

Since coming back from his hiatus, Capaldi has also teamed up with BetterHelp to provide 734,000 hours of free online therapy, saying: “Therapy is the reason why I am able to be a musician again”, and played some warm up shows in May in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week.

His last full album was ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent’, which became his second UK Number One album and contained chart-topping singles ‘Pointless’, ‘Wish You The Best’ and ‘Forget Me’.
