Russia struck Kyiv govt building with Iskander ballistic missile, Ukraine says

Russia used an Iskander ballistic missile in its deadly attack on a Ukrainian government building in Kyiv on Sunday, a top Ukraine official said. The impact of the powerful missile, which did not fully detonate, left a “gaping hole” in the building, and several people dead.
