Cassandra Jenkins announces ‘My Light, My Massage Parlor,’ shares “Delphinium Bliss”

Cassandra Jenkins has announced My Light, My Massage Parlor, a companion to last year’s My Light, My Destroyer. It’s due out August 14 (digitally) / September 5 (physical media) via Dead Oceans, and a press release describes it as an “instrumental concept album” that features her collaborator, composer and pianist Michael Coleman. See the cover art and tracklist below.

The first single is ambient piano track “Delphinium Bliss,” which you can hear below.

Cassandra has some shows lined up this summer in Europe, and ahead of those she’ll play Woodstock, NY’s Levon Helm Studios on Saturday (7/19) with Christian Lee Hutson. See all dates below.
