The Bright Side: Runners in T-rex costumes turn US racecourse into prehistoric playground

The Emerald Downs horse racing track in Auburn, a suburb of Seattle, Washington, had a different sort of competitors crossing the finish line on Sunday: participants of all ages dressed in inflatable Tyrannosaurus rex costumes. What began as a pest control company’s team-building activity in 2017 is now a popular annual tradition.
