Glastonbury 2025: check out NME’s playlist of emerging artists to see at the festival

Sherelle and Divorce

Glastonbury 2025 is just around the corner, the stage times are out, and it’s time to get planning for another big weekend of music. While many are torn between seeing Doechii or Charli XCX and other excruciating set clashes at this year’s edition, the Worthy Farm bash boasts some top emerging acts and potential future headliners to discover further down the bill – and NME has rounded them up in one handy playlist.

As ever, there’s something for every kind of music lover at Glastonbury. Drawn to velvety, commanding female voices? Keep an ear out for sultry South London singer Sasha Keable, Nia Smith’s emotive richness and the finesse of Alessi Rose. After boundary-pushing, thought-provoking alternative sounds? Try Lemfreck’s poetic social commentary or the defiant genre-hopping of Alt Blk Era.

Elsewhere, electronic fans are covered by the feverish jungle stylings of Sherelle, Bambii’s vibrant dancehall-inspired riddims, and NME Cover star Jazzy’s club-ready, bass-heavy soundscapes, while the industrial gothic fury of Heartworms, the dance-punk chaos of New York disruptors Fcukers, and Chloe Slater’s political indie will all deliver high-octane energy for those keen to get in the pit.

Find this year’s essential Glasto playlist below on Spotify and here on Apple Music.
