Oasis have told fans that additional tickets to the ‘Live 25’ reunion tour could be on sale soon.

Their historic tour comeback tour will kick off on July 4 in Cardiff’s Principality Stadium – the first of 19 shows in the UK and Ireland – with support acts Richard Ashcroft and Cast, including seven dates at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Following the UK and Ireland run, the Gallagher brothers are due to hit up Canada, the US and Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. The 2025 tour consists of 41 dates in total, ending on November 23 in São Paulo.

Ticket sales for the historic shows made headlines almost immediately, after fans were left to contend with huge queues due to high demand and massively inflated prices due to “dynamic” pricing (an automatic surge increase due to demand). Both the CMA and the European Commission are still investigating the issue to see if it broke the law.

Oasis have said that they “at no time had any awareness that dynamic pricing was going to be used” in the sale, claiming that “prior meetings between promoters, Ticketmaster and the band’s management resulted in a positive ticket sale strategy, which would be a fair experience for fans, including dynamic ticketing to help keep general ticket prices down as well as reduce touting, the execution of the plan failed to meet expectations.”

The band later announced “a small step towards making amends for the situation” with “a special invitation-only ballot ticket sale strategy” for two additional Wembley gigs on September 27 and 28.

Now, it seems some lucky fans may be in with a chance to secure tickets once again. Per a post shared on their official X/Twitter, promoters may be able to release “a very limited number of additional tickets for sale” once final sight lines are checked and the production is fine tuned.

The added that the “final production releases will happen over the coming days”, and fans who are members of Oasismynet are advised to keep their eyes on their inbox “for an email from your regular Oasismynet or their Ticketmaster correspondence address.

However, after the last ticket fiasco – which saw Ticketmaster announce they planned to cancel more than 50,000 tickets for the tour that were sold via non-endorsed secondary ticket sites – many remain pessimistic.

“Won’t hold out hope considering I’ve been signed up since it very first started and never got one first time around,” wrote one fan, with another adding: “Can’t wait to not be able to get these tickets either.”

With their first reunion shows now only a week away, the members of the band have been spending time locked away in a rehearsal studio in London for hours at a time to prepare for the giant stadium gigs.

The Gallagher Brothers recently reunited on camera to launch a line of Adidas Originals gear, although the ad was met with some criticism. Liam took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the disapproval, remarking “Oasis don’t discriminate”.
