French court upholds life sentence for man linked to jihadist murder of police couple

The Paris Special Criminal Court on Saturday upheld a life sentence for a man found guilty of being complicit in the 2016 murder of two police officers in front of their three-year-old child. Prosecutors maintain that Mohamed Lamine Aberouz was a member of the Islamic State group and had been present at the site of the killings.
