Southern Israel hospital hit by Iran missile, no injuries reported

Iran launched a missile strike overnight targeting what it said was nearby military and intelligence headquarters—but the projectile instead struck Soroka Medical Center in Be’er Sheva, causing extensive structural damage. Thanks to a preemptive evacuation, no serious injuries have been reported, as explained by FRANCE 24’s senior reporter Catherine Norris Trent. At the same time, Israeli authorities are hoping for U.S. military support to launch a strong retaliatory strike against Iran.
